I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies and payment is collected at the time of service. I will provide you with a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

I am not a Medicare provider.  As a solo practitioner without administrative staff, remaining out of network allows me to dedicate100% of your session time to personalized, hands on care.
